The 2022 NRS targeted training, Journey to Enrollment – From Concept to Action, provided an opportunity for states to explore ways to support their recruitment and enrollment vision for adult education. Participants 1) created a detailed action plan to guide new or continued strategy implementation toward achieving the state’s recruitment and enrollment vision; 2) incorporated local provider perspectives on strategy implementation and desired state outcomes toward achieving the state’s vision; and 3) explored how data might look and align when the vision has been achieved.
