Accessibility Statement

The National Reporting System for Adult Education (NRS) is committed to making its Web site and all of its electronic and information technology (EIT) accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. In keeping with its mission, NRS complies by implementing the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998.  Section 508 is a federal law that requires agencies to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to electronic information and data comparable to those who do not have disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency. The Section 508 Standards are the technical requirements and criteria that are used to measure conformance within this law.

NRS Accessibility Policy

The Web pages of the NRSWeb site have been designed to make them accessible to all users and compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies. However, it is possible that you may encounter problems when accessing certain pages. If you encounter a problem and would like to report it or to obtain additional help accessing information on any NRSWeb page, please email us at nrs@air.org  so we can better assist you.
