NRS Technical Assistance Guide

NRS Technical Assistance (TA) Guide

The National Reporting System (NRS) for adult education published the first Technical Assistance Guide (Guide) in March 2001 to provide technical assistance to states and local programs on the implementation of program performance and accountability requirements. Since then, there have been periodic updates to the Guide to clarify methodologies and provide further information on data collection.

This most recent version of the NRS Technical Assistance Guide incorporates the joint and title specific provisions for program performance and accountability under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

This guide is available as an interactive e-book. This attractive format allows for easy navigation so you can quickly find the information you need. An accessible, printable version is also available for download.

The NRS Technical Assistance Guide was uploaded on August 2019.
