In this webinar, Indiana, New York, and Oregon shared their state vision for adult education recruitment and enrollment and reflected on key strategies and lessons learned in working to realize these visions. The approaches used by these three states include leveraging historical data to inform development of recruitment strategies and progress monitoring, incorporation of local program feedback and professional development support, and implementation and tracking of marketing initiatives to reach a large adult education population.
