From Concept to Action: Implementing Data Informed Strategies to Support Teacher Retention

This webinar highlights the process and resources used by the five states that participated in the 2023 targeted workshop to identify data-informed strategies, potential gaps, and additional considerations in the development of their teacher retention efforts. Alabama and New Mexico, two states that participated in the 2023 workshop, highlighted their current teacher retention work in developing a teacher induction system and establishing adult education teacher standards through a state-wide teacher and program director driven task force.
