Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement:

The data management system utilized in Tennessee is Jobs4TN and is an integrated web based system. Data is regularly monitored for errors and consistent data entry. Jobs4TN is utilized for the purpose of tracking a participant’s eligibility information and tracks such requirements as assessments, attendance, testing, and class meeting information, along with all other federally required reporting information. The system allows for a variety of reports both federal and state with the ability for new reports to be built as requested.

Jobs4TN is relied on for monitoring program data and allows for the analyzation of performance. The system is dynamic, allowing for the state staff, as well as the local program staff, to utilize its reporting functionality for performance analysis.
