Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement: 

Nebraska provides email and telephone technical support, monthly Zoom meetings and trainings to ensure local programs comply with state and NRS guidelines. Nebraska also reviews local program data to identify problems and provide technical assistance as needed.

Nebraska provides ongoing guidance to local programs on data collection procedures.

The state and local programs use LACES for documenting placement, learning gains, accountability, and core performance measures.

Nebraska provides quarterly desktop monitors as well as tools for local program data monitoring on a monthly and quarterly basis.

The state provides local programs with an assessment policy, state guidelines and training.
