Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement:

Web based data is received upon entry, periodic review is conducted at the state level. Follow-up contact to programs is made when necessary. Several validations have been built into the data system for local program management and adherence to data policy procedures.

Verifications are built into the new data system; we have verifications for: correct assessment, required demographic information, pre-post testing according to policy, separating students with no activity, and identifying students needing goals.
