Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement

TOPSpro Enterprise (TE) maintains and drives discussions regarding Guam’s adult education program (e.g., aggregate/disaggregate data, demographic, assessment, test scores).

TE reports (e.g., the Data Integrity Detail Report (DIDR)) are used monthly to audit student data including placement, learning gains, and instructional hours.

Local programs submit a progress report (Cumulative Monthly Activities Report) on established milestones. The State Agency Office then uses this report to highlight actionable items, to obtain clarification, and/or to provide guidance.

Guam validates program initiatives (expenditures, activities, etc.).
