Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement:

Program databases are monitored every quarter and a report-checklist is used to match, check, and reference other State sources and to verify that data is entered into system per State policy. The checklist is reported back to the program administrator with notations of any required action. Program administrators can request on on-site technical support training to address any checklist item or other technical assistance issues relating to data collection and reporting.

State staff provides technical support to local programs based on the quarterly reports reviewing the student records based on the selection of NRS core goals. State staff works with Delaware DOL to ensure that the data match for employment related goals are completed. Follow up on GED, post-secondary, and training core NRS goals are reviewed with program administrators the month before a quarterly report is due.
