Database files are edited before loading into DB2tables. if Critical errors are found the DB2 tables are not loaded

The AGE grants require that programs use the same process that we use with OVAE in setting our state targets. Local programs develop plans to meet the state target within a certain time frame and may initiate program improvement plans if outcomes are low and not showing improvement.
