  • NYSED staff, Regional Adult Education Network (RAEN) staff, and Accountability director as well as the program staff have access to the account
  • All site visits, desk monitoring reports, conference calls, and email communication is posted to the program’s account

Individual Technical Assistance Program (ITAP)

State Tools and Resources:

New York funds a full professional development unit that consists of seven geographic regional directors all working under contract with AEPP to provide local technical assistance, joint monitoring with AEPP, and professional development (consistent throughout the state) for all levels of programming with a focus on teachers.

New York also funds a National Reporting System technical assistance and monitoring unit that is charged with training, data collection, reporting, and monitoring all AEPP funded programs. This unit works alongside the AEPP team to monitor, guide, and report local programs.
