LEAP Into WIOA, Part I: Planning for Change

LEAP into WIOA, Part I: Planning for Change training will focus primarily on preparing your state for changes related to WIOA.  State teams will engage in activities that will help them explore these changes and practice leadership strategies and approaches for communication with state staff, local programs, and WIOA partners as they plan for adjustments in the state reporting and data collection.  Major topics will include planning for data system changes, staff development, and communication.

Participants will obtain a clear understanding of the NRS data requirements and changes needed in their state data collection and reporting systems, learn ways to implement changes, and disseminate information to their local programs and state WIOA stakeholders. States will also identify areas of needed support.
